Job Desc :
- Responsible in create and develop standard operating procedure
- Conduct socialization of standard operating procedure to head office and operational site
- Maintain the implementation of the company’s standard operating procedure
- Manages the adjustments and updates company’s standard operating procedure
- Establish and maintain good working relationships and effective communication among all levels within the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring SOP implementation in accordance with the agreements that have been made with the management and related divisions
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Agriculture or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Palm Oil Company.
- Excellent knowledge in designing corporate policies, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Company Business Process, Company Internal Control, Quality Management System, and Continous Improvement Tools
- Have good SWOT analysis capability
- Strong logical and conceptual thinking, strategic &analytical thinking, detail oriented and well organized
- Willing to be placed in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta
