In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

• Share knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices with all smallholders to enhance their yield and crop quality sent to the mill.
• Manage smallholders’ land according to the scope outlined in the Kemitraan MOU.
• Continuously monitor the budget allocated for Kemitraan, ensuring quality in all field work activities (harvesting, fertilization, upkeep).
• Ensure Kemitraan meets all requirements for achieving ISPO, RSPO, and ISCC certification.
• Assess land conditions, types, and production records; prepare gap analysis against Good Agricultural Practices and identify improvement actions.
• Organize GAP and certification requirement trainings for smallholders under KUDs, Gapoktans, and KTs.
• Engage with smallholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Accounts, and Head of Oil Mills for commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Estate Manager, GIS Officer, Sustainability Officer, and Certification Officer to align training progress, ensure accurate land mapping, meet sustainability standards, and achieve certification timelines.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in plantation/agriculture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of ISPO/RSPO/ISCC certification.
• Knowledgeable in the application of good agricultural practices.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• More than 5 years of experience managing oil palm plantations with a minimum area of 2,000 hectares.
• Experience in replanting work.
• Knowledge of oil palm plantation, kemitraan concept, and good agricultural practices.
